Dear Sir or Madam, I am working for a US government-supported activity in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. My office has been asked by the US Agency for International Development (USAID) to assist one of our Cambodian counterparts, also based in Phnom Penh, to obtain a Ghanaian visa for a training course to be held in Ho, Ghana in May 2024. There is no Ghanaian Embassy in Cambodia, and I was directed by the Ghanaian High Commission in Singapore to contact you.
